Wankhede moves Delhi HC against Red Chillies, Netflix

Former Mumbai zonal director of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and IRS officer Sameer Wankhede has filed a defamation suit in the Delhi High Court against Red Chillies Entertainment Pvt Ltd, the production house owned by Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, along with Netflix and others.

Wankhede alleged that Aryan Khan's directorial debut, The Ba**ds of Bollywood", carries a “false, malicious and defamatory” portrayal of him and anti-drug enforcement agencies, eroding public trust in law enforcement.
