Supreme Court: Another Petition Seeking NEET Re-Exam Over Alleged Paper Leak | NEET-UG 2024

The Supreme Court in the case Shivangi Mishra and others v. National Testing Agency and others observed wherein another writ petition has been filed seeking a re-conduct of the exam.

The allegations are made before the court of leaking of the question paper of the National Eligibility cum Entrance TestUnder Graduate, NEET-UG 2024 exam held on May 05, 2024. In the present case, the writ petition filed under Article 32 of the Constitution of India seeks to direct the National Testing Agency to conduct the exam again in view of the allegations of the paper leak.
