'Step-motherly treatment': Telangana IT Minister after Centre allocates semiconductor project to Andhra

Telangana Minister of Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, Industry & Commerce Sridhar Babu Duddilla slammed the Centre in the wake of the Union Cabinet, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, approving four new semiconductor manufacturing projects worth Rs 4,600 crore in Odisha, Punjab, and Andhra Pradesh.
Sridhar Babu Duddilla alleged that it was a blatant step-motherly treatment towards Telangana, when the state has done everything, from allotment of 10 acres of prime land at Maheshwaram to all subsidies being approved and every clearance completed in record time.
