SC dismisses Jacqueline’s plea in money laundering case

The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed the plea of Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez with liberty toapproach the court at appropriate stage.

Fernandez challenged Delhi High Court's order of dismissing her plea of quashing criminal proceedings in the 200 cr-money laundering case involving alleged conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar.
The bench of Justices Dipankar Datta and A.G. Masih declined to hear the matter, following which Fernandez withdrew her petition.
