HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL RICHNESS OF RAJASTHAN Rajasthan's history stretches back thousands of years, and its diverse heritage is reflected in its architecture, art, music, and festivals. The state has been home to a number of mighty Rajput rulers, whose legacies are immortalized in the forts, palaces, and temples scattered throughout the region. These structures are not merely tourist attractions, but integral components of Rajasthan's cultural fabric.
