PM Modi: India on path to becoming global hub for natural farming

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday said India is rapidly emerging as a global hub for natural farming, highlighting the remarkable transformation in the country’s agriculture sector over the past 11 years, with agricultural exports nearly doubling.
Addressing farmers after releasing the 21st instalment of the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi in Coimbatore, the Prime Minister transferred over 18,000 crore directly into the bank accounts of nine crore beneficiaries. He also inaugurated the South India Natural Farming Summit 2025 and interacted with local farmers during his visit to the exhibition showcasing organic innovations, indigenous technologies, and sustainable practices.
