Rockets from southern Lebanon struck the Israeli port city of Haifa on Monday (local time) in response to Israel's intensified campaign in Lebanon with targeted airstrikes on Hezbollah strongholds in Beirut, hitting key weapons depots and infrastructure overnight, Al Jazeera reported.
