Govt Keeps Small Savings Rates Steady For Jan-Mar 2025

The government has retained small savings scheme interest rates for January-March 2025, ensuring consistent returns for investors.

The central government has kept the interest rates unchanged on various small savings schemes for the January-March quarter of Financial year 2024-25, according to an official notification from the Ministry of Finance.
"The rates of interest on various Small Savings Schemes for the second quarter of FY 2024-25 starting from 1st January 2025 and ending on 31st March 2025 shall remain unchanged from those notified for the first quarter (1st October 2024 to 31st December 2024) of FY 2024-25," said the Finance Ministry in the notification.
