EARLY LIFE AND INTRODUCTION TO CRICKET Born and raised in Jodhpur, Dhriti's introduction to cricket was influenced by her father, Sunit Mathur, a former Ranji player, and her mother, Mala Bhatia, the director of SM Cricket Academy. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in cricket, Dhriti was naturally drawn to the sport. She began her training at the age of nine, honing her skills under the guidance of her parents and other esteemed coaches at the academy.
