Dhankhar's sudden exit sets political circles buzzing

Jagdeep Dhankhar's resignation from the post of Vice President has created a storm in political circles.
He sent his resignation letter to President Droupadi Murmu citing health reasons for his decision. He stated that he wishes to focus on his health as per his doctors' advice. The President has accepted his resignation and the Ministry of Home Affairs notified the decision.
Dhankhar's term was to last until August 2027, but this mid-term resignation is only the third such instance in India's history. However, this case seems different and has raised several questions.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised Dhankhar's service in a post on X and wished him good health. The Opposition, however, suspects there's more to the story than just health. Congress leader Jairam Ramesh commented that there might be a hidden reason behind the resignation.
