Court orders FIR against man for forging medical documents

Delhi's Saket Court has directed Delhi Police to file an FIR against a man for submitting a forged and fabricated medical report to seek extension of his interim bail.

His plea of extension of interim bail was dismissed by the court.
The man identified as Trilok Chand Chaudhary is an accused in a cheating and forgery case registered by the Economic Offence Wing (EoW, South) in the year 2022. The court on Wednesday directed the applicant, Trilok Chand Chaudhary, to surrender before the jail superintendent within one day.
