On the auspicious occasions of Lord Vishwakarma’s birth anniversary and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal unveiled a series of welfare measures for the benefit of industrial workers and their families

The announcements came during a state-level function at Vishwakarma Skills University in the Palwal district today.
During his address, Chief Minister Manohar Lal praised Prime Minister Modi as a visionary leader who has advanced India through innovation and dedicated service. Extending heartfelt wishes on the Prime Minister’s birthday, he prayed for his continued and long service to the nation.
Effective immediately, the Chief Minister declared that both sons and daughters of industrial workers would be eligible for equal scholarship amounts, ranging from Rs 10,000 to Rs 21,000, applicable for students from 9th grade through to medical degree programs. Moreover, daughters of industrial workers pursuing higher education at the graduation level will receive a grant of Rs 50,000 towards the purchase of electric scooters to facilitate mobility and independence.
