A 13-year-old boy allegedly died after being hit by a bullet fired during a celebratory event in Haryana's Jind district.
According to the police, the incident took place on June 11 during a 'Kuan Pujan' (naming ceremony) in Muana village of Safidon of the district, where a relative celebrating the birth
