Second phase of travel scheme to start

THE date has been set for the start of the next phase of improvement works in Penzance.

Phase Two of the Coinagehall Street improvement work, complementing the housing scheme to be developed by Treveth, will start on January 5
The diggers will move into Coinagehall Street and the surrounding area next Monday.
Phase One concluded with the reopening of the remodelled St Anthony Gardens on December 15.
The Phase Two works, to be carried out by Cormac, are part of the Penzance Town Deal Sustainable Travel Network project which aims to enhance walking and cycling connectivity and create safer, more attractive routes linking the South West Coast Path and Penzance's railway station with the Promenade and the town's harbour.
