Premium residences up for grabs at The Apollo

Following overwhelming demand for luxury apartments at the R2 billion Olympus Sandton development, the joint developers JSE-listed Growthpoint and Tricolt have announced the release of sales for its second residential tower, The Apollo.
The announcement comes after an exceptional sales performance, with the development achieving R940 million in sales just days after launching on 27 February. By the end of its public sales launch weekend, 295 apartments had been sold.
"Olympus Sandton sales are exceeding all expectations. In response to the overwhelming demand, we are pleased to announce the immediate release of apartments for sale in the second tower, The Apollo," said Tim Kloeck, chair of Tricolt.
"Tricolt brings its expertise in world-class residential living to this landmark project."
