Underwear is practical; it's sometimes a visible annoyance to a fashionable ensemble but also an emotional and confidence booster, or deflater. Karen Fitzpatrick of Style Eyes, the company that licensed Playtex in the country says the body's first layer has the power to lift, literally and figuratively.
