Knowing full well what his team are up against, Springbok Women coach Swys de Bruin had a simple message for his players ahead of their World Cup quarterfinal against New Zealand in Exeter tomorrow.

De Bruin, who has picked a "bomb squad" for the match, that is a 7-1 split between forwards and backs on his replacements' bench, has told his players they must make the most of the opportunity in front of them.

"Leave nothing on the field. We will carry you off if you are too tired to walk at the end of it. This is the biggest game of your life, go out and enjoy it."
