There's no substance in rejecting claim because of speeding to avoid crash, writes Philly.

A recent claim by my son against New National Insurance company was rejected because he was speeding. This he acknowledged and gave the reasons for his actions, as it was necessary to increase his speed in an effort to avoid a certain crash.
