Villa boss hails Rogers progression

ASTON Villa boss Unai Emery has described Morgan Rogers’ progression at the club as “fantastic” amid reports of Liverpool's interest in the England midfielder.
-
Both Chelsea and Tottenham were linked with Rogers during the transfer window, while Emery has challenged him to help kick-start winless Villa's season.
Emery, whose side bid for their first Premier League win of the campaign at Sunderland tomorrow, said: “Morgan Rogers, how he's progressing, how he did his progression here, really is fantastic, and still the same challenge he has.
