Struggling Highwaymen urged to be 'nasty' by boss Lynch

MORPETH Town boss Craig Lynch wanted his side to be nastier in the second half as his side slipped to a cruel 3-2 loss at Ashton United in the Pitching In NPL Premier Division.

Having led twice in the game, the Highwaymen, rooted in the relegation zone, conceded twice late on to let three points slip out of their grasp.

Perhaps most galling for the visitors was that the scorer of the two late strikes, Enock Lusiama, should possibly have been sent off before his goals for a high boot that left rightback Josh Robson requiring significant treatment.

Highwaymen boss Lynch, although having witnessed a good away performance, couldn't help but feel deflated by the final outcome.
