CUBA Mitchell has stated “we'll see what the future brings” after the Sunderland academy talent left the club this summer.

The teenage midfielder is considering a move abroad after it was confirmed he would not be extending his contract at the Academy of Light.
He was a regular for Graeme Murty’s U21s but didn't get a sniff of first-team action and he left the club along with fellow prospects Ben Crompton, Caden Kelly, and Kelechi Chibueze.
