Police action tackles anti-social behaviour

FORCE AND COUNCIL IN JOINT BID TO HELP COMMUNITY
NORTHUMBRIA Police have been engaging with the community in Forest Hall to tackle antisocial behaviour and issue warnings to nuisance tenants.
Officers were out in force alongside North Tyneside Council in the Rocket Way area, speaking to residents about the issues they face.
The council's Community Protection Team visited several properties to speak to tenants about antisocial behaviour and noise issues, with two tenancy warnings being issued during the visits.
Council teams also removed several truckloads of rubbish from the area to improve its overall look.
