Plans for conversion of old nursery

PLANS have been submitted to convert a former nursery in central Felling, Gateshead, into nine flats.

Getz Construction is seeking permission to give a new lease of life to the nursery on Holly Hill, which had been previously residential cottages.

If approved, the plot would be split across three floors and consist of four one-bedroom, four two-bedroom, and one three-bedroom flats.
