Mum's ride repays charity for help

A Newcastle mum whose daughter was diagnosed with anorexia has been taking on a mammoth cycling challenge.

Gemma Lund and her colleagues are cycling 165 miles to raise money for national eating disorder charity Beat.

Gemma, who works for Newcastle-based property consultancy Fisher German, is travelling to the firm's Manchester office, after she received vital advice from Beat when her daughter Gracie, now 16, was diagnosed with anorexia when she was 12.
