WE'VE all been there... tossing and turning in a stifling bedroom with no breeze. It's no fun.

And with sustained high temperatures expected this summer, chances are grabbing a good night's sleep will become increasingly challenging.

To help improve your slumber the experts at bed specialist Dreams offer their tried-and-tested tips and some cooling buys worth a try.

Start with the right bedding

This is the foundation of a cool night's sleep. The experts at Dreams recommend switching to breathable, moisture-wicking bedding made with temperature-regulating technology.
