The Enterprise Vision Awards (EVAS), the UK's largest celebration of women in business, are proud to announce the 2025 finalists.

Now in their 14th year, the EVAS continue to shine a light on the innovators, trailblazers and change-makers who are driving UK enterprise forward.

This year, 144 exceptional women have made it through to the finals, representing every corner of Great Britain and an inspiring cross-section of industries, from social enterprise to manufacturing, fashion to tech.

These women aren't just building businesses they're breaking barriers, creating opportunity and raising the aspirations of the next generation.
