Drain repairs to close road

DRIVERS in Cheshire are being advised that the A550 between Hooton and Two Mills will be closed this weekend and for three nights next week for vital repairs.
-
National Highways is replacing a collapsed culvert along the A550 Welsh Road between its junctions with the A41 just off the M53 near Hooton and the A540 at Two Mills.
The work will mean temporary traffic lights that have been in place for several months because of the damaged concrete culvert can finally be removed.
