What to eat during pregnancy to prevent acidity naturally

Acidity (heartburn, reflux) is very common during pregnancy. Thanks to hormonal changes relaxing the stomach's valve, plus the growing uterus pressing upward.
But what you eat (and how you eat) can make a big diflemon water or cumin-lemon ference.
water (in moderation) can help balance stomach acid. Amla or fresh fruit-based chutneys/murabbas (without heavy sugar) may also soothe.
Plain yogurt helps with digestion, thanks to its probiotics. A glass of warm milk (if comfortable) can help coat the stomach lining and reduce irritation. Fermented items in small amounts (like light curds) are good choices.
