Vedas Exports Eyes Tier-II Boom with Vedas Homes Retail Push

1What has Vedas Exports’ growth journey been like?

Palash Agrawal established Vedas Exports in 2014 as a small business that sold handmade goods. It is now one of the fastest-growing home decor brands in India. After early struggles, the company found its footing by combining Indian craftsmanship with modern design. It then grew into exports and today sells to more than 700 retailers in India and 500 stores outside of India. Vedas Exports grew by 100% in FY 2021, even when times were tough. Now, they sell thousands of things every month, The firm has been successful in exports and B2B; it has since ventured into brick-and-mortar. They launched outlets in Jamshedpur and Ranchi under the name Vedas Homes. There are plans to open 12 more outlets, largely in Tier-II cities, by 2026. They are still transitioning from an exporter of crafts to a national lifestyle brand based on Indian art and modern living. People in smaller communities are growing more ambitious, utilising sustainable design methods, and preparing to launch franchises.
