Supreme Court dismisses plea for enquiry into Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose's death

The Supreme Court in the case observed and has dismissed the petition filed seeking inquiry into the death of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.

The bench comprising of Justice Surya Kant and Justice Ujjwal Bhuyan was hearing the present matter.

The bench in the case refused to entertain the matter saying that it was not a matter which the Court can decide.

The counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted before the court that death of Subhash Chandra Bose remained a "mystery" and there was no conclusive outcome on his disappearance.
