Operation Aakarman: 13,610 Raids, 8,307 Arrests Haryana Police also challaned 23,387 vehicles for lane violations during this period

Haryana Police has been continuously taking action against criminal activities. To crack down on crime and criminal activities in the state, this year more than three times as many Operation Aakarman were launched compared to the previous year.

Under this, 13,610 teams simultaneously conducted raids, sending 8,307 criminals behind bars. During this time, Haryana Police also challaned 23,387 vehicles for violating lane driving.
Providing information about this, Director General of Police Shatrujeet Kapur said that under Operation Aakarman, the police conduct raids on criminals simultaneously with multiple teams in a planned manner. First, accurate information about criminal activities is collected and teams are formed to catch the criminals.
He said that Haryana Police has conducted 16 Operation Aakarman so far. In 2022 and 2023, a total of 6 Operation Aakarman were conducted, while this year the figure is 10.

Cops bust drug syndicate, two held with drugs worth 4 crores
