Users message a dedicated number on WhatsApp (appearing as “Tele-Law” in several reports), complete a basic verification flow, and navigate options for legal advice, information, and assistance.
For most users, the first value is triage—turning “I have a problem” into “this is the category of problem and these are my next steps.” In property and family matters, that can include:
