Education Minister commends KU's role in NEP-2020 rollout

Haryana Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda announced that in alignment with Indian tradition, the heads of all government universities in the state will now be referred to as 'Kulguru' instead of the current term 'Kulpati' (Vice-Chancellor).

To implement this change formally, an amendment will be made to the University Act. As the Chief Guest, Minister Dhanda made this statement while addressing a one-day workshop on Internship under NEP-2020, organized by the Haryana State Higher Education Council at J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad.
