'Undesirable' Russian vlogger deported

A Russian vlogger, who was arrested for his prank videos and harassment of Filipinos in his YouTube posts, was deported on Saturday, Jan. 17.

Bureau of Immigration (BI) Commissioner Joel Anthony M. Viado said that Vitaly Zdorovetskiy, 33, boarded a plane bound for Irkutsk, Russia.
Viado said that Zdorovetskiy was deported based on the Dec. 17, 2025 order of the BI Board of Commissioners that declared the Russian an undesirable alien.
