All is not lost for Filipino boxer Charly Suarez as California State Athletic Commission (CSAC), which regulates amateur and professional boxing, may declare his controversial loss to Emanuel Navarrete in their World Boxing Organization (WBO) super featherweight title fight as a no-contest.
According to Boxing Scene's report, CSAC is looking deeper at whether the cut over Navarrete's left eye was caused by an accidental clash of heads or it was a clear hit from Suarez during their fight last Sunday.
