2 Chinese held in Pasay ‘scum hub’

Two Chinese nationals have been arrested for allegedly operating a scum hub in Pasay City, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) said on Friday, Oct. 3.
The NBI said the suspects, identified as Do Yang Zhe and Hu Yong, were nabbed in a building on Cuneta Avenue in Pasay City on Sept. 15.
During the operation, the NBI also rescued another foreigner identified only as a certain “Mr. Yi.”
