Woman injured after row with former partner

A man caused his former partner to have a tooth removed after he injured her by pushing her to the floor of his Sunderland home during a bust-up.
Ian Manson, 47, burst into sudden violence after he asked her to leave the property in Cooper Street, Roker, but she kicked his door, a court heard.
Manson shoved her, with the tumble causing mouth damage and leaving her with scratches, including to her hands and knees.
A dentist at first hoped to save the fractured tooth but could not, leading to other recovery repair work, prosecutor Liz Waby said. Ms Waby added:
