Trained by James Fanshawe, the three-year-old is proving a consistent sort - and one suited to undulating courses.
While he only has two wins so far from 12 careers starts, his record is littered with placed efforts and crucially he has form here, winning on his penultimate start.
That was a tidy effort, boosted since, and Pietro is back having given a good account to be second at York following that.
