THE outdoor stage of an award-winning theatrical show is set to host what's billed as the North East's biggest pyromusical fireworks event.

- By Barbara Hodgson

The vast County Durham site of Kynren - An Epic Tale of England will provide the setting of a giant Pyromusical on November 1.

With the date being just after Halloween, its pre-Bonfire Night display will include such additions as hundreds of glowing pumpkins lighting up a walkway to the site.

And a 'spooky-spirited soundtrack' will accompany the dazzling fireworks which will illuminate the night sky for 25 minutes.
