Commit on Schlupp's future but almost admitted defeat in his bid to keep Taylor, who is set to move on.

Loanee Schlupp said: "I'm loving it here. Regarding next season, it hasn't been spoken about. If it was a possibility, is it something I'd look at? Yeah, everything is a possibility.

"I'm just focused on winning games and hopefully we finish the season strongly. Anything that happens in the summer will be a big decision for me so we'll see what happens.

"As far as I'm aware, I'm here on loan. I want to play well, have some fun and see what happens after that. I've loved being here and I think my performances have shown that.

"I'd love to win two trophies, that's the objective for everyone here. It's not a secret, we want to win the league and cup. Hopefully, we can get it done."

Rodgers has been delighted with Schlupp's contribution and didn't dismiss the notion of him extending his stay.

Especially as the Celtic boss is now actively looking for competition for Tierney, with Taylor almost certainly set for pastures new.
