Rent cost stops me making a better life

GLASGOW-BORN Nadeem Lal feels trapped in temporary accommodation and unable to turn his life around.

He says the rising cost of rent has made it impossible for people in his position to take control of their lives.

Nadeem said: "Obviously I know my choices have brought me here but I now want to choose to have a better life.

"It's just not there for me - and that's so difficult.
