PANIC ATTACK landed a rare big-race double for Dan Skelton in the Coral Gold Cup at Newbury.

The nine-year-old bolted up in the Paddy Power Gold Cup over 2m 4f at Cheltenham for her title-chasing yard. However, she was a 16/1 outsider to bag the other big pre-Christmas handicap chase being unproven over 3m 2f.

Jockey Tristan Durrell had no doubts about the mare's stamina, racing prominently as 4/1 jolly Myretown led for Team Russell & Scudamore.
