Singer's joy as she signs on as new face of whisky brand

POP sensation Sabrina Carpenter is desperate to return to Scotland to indulge her new love of whisky.

The American Please Please Please singer played to a sellout crowd at Glasgow's OVO Hydro in March as part of her Short n' Sweet tour.

And she has now invented her own cocktail called the Short n' Sour after becoming the new face of Johnnie Walker Whisky.

The 26-year-old Pennsylvania-born star told the Sunday Mail: "It was incredible performing in Scotland earlier this year, and I felt such a strong connection to not only my Scottish fans but to Scotland as a country.
