Hibees back from the dead to celebrate milestone anniversary
HIBS were cock-a-hoop after a rousing comeback to earn a point on the day they unveiled their 150th-anniversary top.
David Gray's side were decked out in green and white hoops in reference to the kit worn by the club in the 1870s.
They were keen to celebrate the occasion with a win but were staring at defeat before another twist in this thriller.
Luca Stephenson gave United the lead before keeper Yehvenni Kucherenko gifted Hibs an equaliser by punching the ball into his own net.
Zach Sapsford put United back in front before the break and Stephenson got his second.
Kieron Bowie pulled one back and VAR came to Hibs' rescue with a late penalty award, which saw United's Vicko Sevelj sent off before Jamie McGrath tucked it away.
Rip roaring affair
An early downpour failed to put a dampener on an entertaining end-to-end affair.
