The lightly-sparkling probiotic drink called kombucha is popular with stars including Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow and Kourtney Kardashian.
The name is a combination of the Japanese word for kelp - kombu - and their word for tea cha. It is thought to help with digestion and boost energy.
Kombucha has enjoyed such a boost in popularity that Tesco has decided to include it as part of its Clubcard Meal Deal.
