AT LAST Mauricio Pochettino's Chelsea produced a display worthy of the club's golden days - thanks to new King of the Bridge Cole palmer.

Ruthless, merciless and a class or two above the opposition. It really was a performance from an era when the Blues ruled.
Not even a thrilling Luton fightback, with two late goals making it a ridiculously tense finale, could ruin a decent end to an otherwise miserable year for the visitors and it was Palmer who was once again their inspiration.
He scored a couple of beauties either side of an assist for Noni Madueke to cement Chelsea's position inside the top half of the table and leave the Hatters rooted in the drop zone.
