RYAN YATES wants Nottingham Forest to hit Crystal Palace while they're down in today's “massive” Premier League relegation six-pointer.

The teams are separated by just three points, with the out-of-sorts Eagles holding the edge, and a win for Yates and Forest would really pile the pressure on.

Sean Dyche's side go into the match on the up, after seven points from their past three Premier League games and Thursday's 4-0 Europa League win over Ferencvaros.

By contrast, Palace are without a win in 11 games in all competitions.
