Albanian 'gang boss' eyes return

Isuf Dauti, 32, who had lived in the UK since 2012, had his indefinite leave to remain revoked by the Home Office on security grounds three years ago after visiting Albania.

The Home Office alleged at a Special Commission hearing this month that Mr Dauti had taken over the UK wing of a major organised crime network after his brother Fation, 38, was banned under the same tactic.

Immigration Appeal In a victory for press freedom, both brothers can be identified after the Sunday Express successfully challenged orders which granted them anonymity.

Isuf claims he has no involvement in organised crime and poses no security threat, so is seeking to overturn the ban stopping him returning to the UK.
