IKEA to close town centre shop next week

IKEA has announced the sudden closure of UK stores which opened just two years ago - after a customer backlash.
IKEA has confirmed the Plan and Order point at the Stockport Merseyway Shopping Centre will cease on June 16.
The closure comes as 'a result of valuable learnings.'
Salma Azad, IKEA area manager, said: "After careful evaluation, we've made the difficult decision to close the IKEA Plan and Order Point at Merseyway Shopping Centre.
