FORTH VALLEY SENSORY CENTRE All residents of Stirling living with hearing loss, sight loss or both, we would loveto getto knowyou.

Upcoming Events: Garden party on Friday July 18 (1lam-2pm) with free entry, great food and giant LEGO dinosaur from Dino Trail; Falkirk FC raffle - get tickets from sensory centre (£2 per strip) to win signed prizes including goalie t-shirt and game-used football (raffle drawn today - Friday, June 20); Plant and seedling sale in sensory garden every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday - proceeds support garden improvements. Groups and classes: Lip reading classes weekly online via Zoom (Wednesdays 7pm-9pm) and in-person classesalso available (just ask); Sightloss social group meets second Tuesday of each month (1lam-1pm) at Bellfield Centre (transport available); Yoga class, monthly sessions Tullibody Civic Centre (third Monday ofmonth, noon1pm), free and open to all; Arts and Crafts Group launching soon in Clackmannanshire - participants and volunteers welcome. RSVP WALKING GROUPS Volunteer walk leaders sought. Become walk leader and encourage older people to participate in our popular weekly walks in Stirling and surrounding area. Retired and Senior Volunteer Programme (RSVP) walking groupsmeet on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and offer older people (aged 50+) chance of regular exercise and opportunity to meet new friends.
